THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...
WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 2 PM EDT MONDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 6 INCHES OR MORE ARE EXPECTED FROM THIS STORM WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS FALLING BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 9 AM FROM LANSING TO JACKSON. THE MONDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL BE IMPACTED BY SNOWY ROADS. IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS SINCE THE LAST SNOWSTORM. PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR WINTER DRIVING TIPS.
