Mary Winkler shot and killed her husband, a Tennessee preacher, with a shotgun, in the back, while he was laying on the bed.
For killing her husband, she got sentenced to 3 years in prison and she could be out in as soon as 60 days. 60 days for shooting and killing her husband.
