Now I remember

why I don't listen to "Christian" radio. It is not just the cheesy, "Jesus is my girlfriend" music. It is also the bad theology. I got in the van to go get some breakfast (i.e. donuts) and within thirty seconds the lady DJ told me that grace and faith work together in salvation. By that she meant (and said): "Grace is what God provides, faith is what you provide". Ugh. Those sorts of nice sounding but completely wrong platitudes just roll off the tongue of so many radio hosts, preachers, best selling authors, etc. and while they sound so nice to itching ears, they are so wrong theologically. The unregenerate heart has no faith until changed by God when a sinner is born again. You don't provide anything to salvation, that is why it we can say we are saved by grace through faith. That is why I never listen to "Christian" radio and instead listen to NPR. At least when I listen to NPR I know I am getting nonsense.

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. (Eph 2:8-9)

"Jesus is my girlfriend" music?? Huh? Somehow I've missed hearing those songs.

Sounds like you know you are getting nonsense no matter what station you listen to. Why listen to any nonsense at all? You could just turn the radio off, or listen to a worthwile cd.... :)
